Who is it for?

For everyone above 18 years of age!! Yoga is another food option that our body and soul needs everyday. what practice choose depends on the body type (dosha) and your lifestyle. Could be hatha, gentle vinyasa, hatha vinyasa, restorative with pranayama or different meditation techniques. Can be a best way to recharge your day with more relaxation, energy and physical moments.

We offer drop-in community yoga classes at
The HUB Community Space,Victoria 
4:30PM – 5:30PM After school yoga for children (8-12 years)
5:45PM-6:45PM Hatha Vinyasa
4:30PM-5:30PM After School yoga for teens (13-19 years)
5:45PM-6:45PM Powerful Breathing at Ease
 Classes are for free or by donation. Donations accepted as little as 10$ or free if cannot afford
